Vancouver Finds: Campagnolo

Affordable, casual Italian dining in a warm and welcoming space. Campagnolo serves rustic dishes inspired by the Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna regions of Italy in an open, spacious room highlighted by original old growth fir wood beams. Owners and savvy restaurateurs Tom Doughty, Robert Belcham and Tim Pittman of the award winning Fuel Restaurant have created a pleasurable and entertaining dining experience for guests. http://www.campagnolorestaurant.ca/
Recently went to this place for dessert.  Their rubarb tart was awesome! I liked how the crust was wrapped around the whole tart and not just a slice.  Had a nice atmosphere with modern design.  They also had a smaller "bar" place at the back of the restaurant.  This was the Main St. location - must try their other one on Hastings!
